Workspace roles

This section lists all roles that can be assigned to groups for a workspace.

OWNER

Users with this role have full control of the workspace and of objects stored in it. They can notably create/modify/delete collections and workflow templates.

This role is automatically granted to all members of groups which are OWNER of the containing scope.

CONTRIBUTOR

Users with this role can create artifacts and start workflows out of the workflow templates that have been configured by the owners.

This role is automatically granted to all members of groups which are OWNER of the workspace.

VIEWER

Viewing the workspace read-only.

This role is automatically granted to all members of groups which are CONTRIBUTOR of the workspace. It is also granted to anyone, including anonymous users, when the workspace is public.
